This issue only affects recent intallations.&lt;\/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;We have a bunch of computers where we installed Ansys last year, and all of them work. Any new installs cannot check out the licenses.&lt;\/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;We&#8217;re using exact same version of ansys as we used last year, which is silently installed.&lt;\/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;We already ruled out networking\/firewall issues.&lt;\/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&nbsp;&lt;\/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Client comptuers have Ansys 2023 R2 installed.&lt;\/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Upon launching eg Ansys Workbench, we&#8217;re getting error:&lt;\/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&#8221;Connection timed out while reading data.&lt;br&gt;The application has stopped waiting for a reply.&lt;br&gt;The license server may be experiencing a high demand or a temporary outage. Try again later.&#8221;&lt;\/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Our licensing server is running Ansys License Manager 2024 R2.&lt;\/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&nbsp;&lt;\/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;We&#8217;re stuck and not sure how to start troubleshotting this.&lt;\/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Any help is appreciated,&lt;\/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Lukasz&lt;\/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&nbsp;&lt;\/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&nbsp;&lt;\/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&nbsp;&lt;\/p&gt;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"template":"","class_list":["post-391285","topic","type-topic","status-publish","hentry"],"aioseo_notices":[],"aioseo_head":"\n\t\t<!-- All in One SEO 4.9.10 - aioseo.com -->\n\t<meta name=\"description\" content=\"HiWe&#039;re having problems with all new installations of Ansys.
