This issue only affects recent intallations.&lt;\/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;We have a bunch of computers where we installed Ansys last year, and all of them work. Any new installs cannot check out the licenses.&lt;\/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;We&#8217;re using exact same version of ansys as we used last year, which is silently installed.&lt;\/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;We already ruled out networking\/firewall issues.&lt;\/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&nbsp;&lt;\/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Client comptuers have Ansys 2023 R2 installed.&lt;\/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Upon launching eg Ansys Workbench, we&#8217;re getting error:&lt;\/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&#8221;Connection timed out while reading data.&lt;br&gt;The application has stopped waiting for a reply.&lt;br&gt;The license server may be experiencing a high demand or a temporary outage.
