When simulating doping and charge distribution, focusing on a 2D cross-section might cause errors due to the non-uniform structure.&lt;\/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;I have reviewed the official examples on your website regarding MRM, but those examples are based on a ring with uniform width and a perfect circular structure.
