{"id":390763,"date":"2024-10-22T03:13:10","date_gmt":"2024-10-22T03:13:10","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/innovationspace.ansys.com\/forum\/forums\/topic\/ls-dyna-ansys-installation-issue\/"},"modified":"2024-10-25T00:31:33","modified_gmt":"2024-10-25T00:31:33","slug":"ls-dyna-ansys-installation-issue","status":"answered","type":"topic","link":"https:\/\/innovationspace.ansys.com\/forum\/forums\/topic\/ls-dyna-ansys-installation-issue\/","title":{"rendered":"LS DYNA\/ ANSYS Installation Issue"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>&lt;p&gt;I have been trying to get&nbsp;ANSYS and more specifically&nbsp;<strong>LS DYNA<\/strong>&nbsp;running,&nbsp;workbench appears to be normal and all the toolbox items are available however upon&nbsp;trying to solve the model I am met with the error as seen attached:&nbsp;<em>The demanded solver was not found in the specified path.<\/em>&lt;\/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;<em><strong><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/innovationspace.ansys.com\/forum\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2024\/10\/22-10-2024-1729566657-pastedImage.png\" alt=\"\" \/><\/strong><\/em>&lt;\/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;I looked into the&nbsp;<strong>ANSYS License Management Center&nbsp;<\/strong>seems to be running correctly however I noticed when I run the toolbar option&nbsp;Gather Diagnostic Information&nbsp;there are a few items the license manager cannot locate:&nbsp;&lt;\/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;<em><strong><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/innovationspace.ansys.com\/forum\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2024\/10\/22-10-2024-1729566701-pastedImage.png\" alt=\"\" \/><\/strong><\/em>&lt;\/p&gt;&lt;div&gt;I am not sure what the issue is since from digging through my directories it looks like it is not using the license file however the license manager is seeing my license file.
