{"id":390639,"date":"2024-10-21T13:16:49","date_gmt":"2024-10-21T13:16:49","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/innovationspace.ansys.com\/forum\/forums\/topic\/error-loading-lumerical-example\/"},"modified":"2024-10-21T13:16:49","modified_gmt":"2024-10-21T13:16:49","slug":"error-loading-lumerical-example","status":"publish","type":"topic","link":"https:\/\/innovationspace.ansys.com\/forum\/forums\/topic\/error-loading-lumerical-example\/","title":{"rendered":"Error loading Lumerical example"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>&lt;p&gt;Hi,&lt;br&gt;I&#8217;ve downloaded the example of lithium niobate modulator at the following link: https:\/\/optics.ansys.com\/hc\/en-us\/articles\/19435937674387-Thin-Film-Lithium-Niobate-Electro-Optic-Phase-Modulator&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Unfortunately, as I try to run the file &lt;span class=&#8221;notes&#8221;&gt;LN_phase_modulator.ldev&lt;\/span&gt; using finite Element IDE, the software ecounters an error that is shown in the following:&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/innovationspace.ansys.com\/forum\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2024\/10\/21-10-2024-1729516363-errorLumerical.png\" alt=\"\" \/>&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;I tried opening the same example in another computer where Lumerical is installed and it works (I also try to unzip the file elsewhere to verify it&#8217;s not related to the unzip process).&lt;br&gt;How can I fix this?
