I am using orthotropic elastic material data. I am using Hashin damage initiation. I specified all the stress limits.&nbsp; I used both frictional and frictionless contact interactions. both result in almost the same results which are away from experimental values.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Does anyone used ansys explicit with orthotropic elastic and Hashin damage initiation to simulate the projectile impact and got near to experimental data?<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>PFA material data I am using.
