The system I am modelling consists of two immiscible phases, air &amp; water, where I am using the transient VOF solver to track the deformation of the interface (see picture below).&lt;\/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;I want to introduce a tracer which is miscible with the water phase to track the concentration and estimate mixing times in the tank, where the tracer will be injected on the free surface. I wanted to ask how do I set up such a simulation (i.e., what model do I need to select in ANSYS, what is the general methodlogy\/strategy). Also will the VOF solver be capable of supporting the flow physics for the tracer injection study consisting of two misible phases (water-tracer, binary liquid) with one immisicble phase (air).
