The product launches, but we can&#8217;t see the explore function. there are no errors. I have tried compatibility util tool &#8211; and it passes. There isn&#8217;t an error on start up on anything in the software, just the fact explore is missing. I have tried latest driver. I can confirm it has 8GB ram allocated to graphics.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;The school are desperate to you use this software and bought really expensive machines that seem to meet the specs listed.
