This message appears in the output file: &lt;\/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&ldquo;ERROR: could not get a license&lt;\/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Flexlm error report: &lt;\/div&gt;&lt;div&gt; &lt;\/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;No FlexNet Publisher (FNP) license found for feature HPC Parallel.&lt;\/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; FNP license path: C:\\Us\\user\\AppData\\LocalTemp\\\\968a264b-4f1a-465c-8265-4f3743a02784&lt;\/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;No such feature exists.&lt;\/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Feature: anshpc&lt;\/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;License path: C:\\Users\\user\\AppData\\Local\\Temp\\\\968a264b-4f1a-465c-8265-4f3743a02784;&lt;\/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;FlexNet Licensing error:-5,357&rdquo;&lt;\/div&gt;&lt;div&gt; &lt;\/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;I&#8217;ve never encountered this problem before. I&#8217;ve seen on other posts that this problem has been encountered by others but I haven&#8217;t found a solution. I&#8217;ve read that it could come from the maximum number of cores that can be used on the student version, which is 4, but I don&#8217;t know how to limit this number in the software. I also tried to uninstall and reinstall with administrator rights the software but still I have the same issue. I never had any issues on the previous version of Ansys Student.
