I&rsquo;m interested in analyzing the impedance of the CPW, as well as the S11 and S21 parameters.&lt;\/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;I&#8217;ve noticed that when I use a lumped port, I consistently get 50 ohms as the impedance on all frequency sweep, which doesn&rsquo;t reflect the actual behavior.
