


{"id":382816,"date":"2024-09-16T19:52:11","date_gmt":"2024-09-16T19:52:11","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/innovationspace.ansys.com\/forum\/forums\/topic\/want-to-know-how-to-set-a-specific-concentration-in-an-area\/"},"modified":"2024-09-16T19:52:11","modified_gmt":"2024-09-16T19:52:11","slug":"want-to-know-how-to-set-a-specific-concentration-in-an-area","status":"publish","type":"topic","link":"https:\/\/innovationspace.ansys.com\/forum\/forums\/topic\/want-to-know-how-to-set-a-specific-concentration-in-an-area\/","title":{"rendered":"Want to know how to set a specific concentration in an area"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>&lt;p&gt;Hi, i&#8217;m a beginner to ansys fluent, i&#8217;m trying to simulate the following system:&lt;\/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;i have a titanium nanotube in which there is a solution of water + sodium naproxene, at the exit of the nanotube i have just water.&lt;\/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;what i want to simulate is the mass diffusion of this molecule outside the nanotube and in the water.&lt;\/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&nbsp;&lt;\/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;the problem is that i&#8217;m not able to set the concentration of the molecule in the nanotube at a fixed value at time=0, in this way i&#8217;ll be able to appreciate the elution of the molecule from the nanotube in the water.
