<p>Hello,<\/p><p> <\/p><p>I am trying to make a thin layer, and I am encountering several issues.<\/p><p> <\/p><\/p>\n

  1. If I try to import geometry, which one of the body is 10nm, it becomes a surface when I apply shared topology.<\/li>\n
  2. If I try to make geometry in DesignModeler(Mine doesn’t have SpaceClaim), it doesn’t generate the extrude when either dimension is lower than 50nm.<\/li>\n
  3. If I try to import or make geometry that is larger than 50nm and then scale it down, the issue of 1 occurs again.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
