the installation was successful. i then restarted my computer as stated and still cannot find the application.&lt;\/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;there is an install.err file found in my program file.&lt;\/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;i have deleted and tried installing agian but it keeps happening again.&lt;\/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;please help, need this software
