I need help to fix a problem about Ansys"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>My name is Gustave, I am a postsecondary education student at Mermoz Montpellier in France and I applied to obtain a student version of Ansys, mainly to use Autodyn. I downloaded it to my external hard drive for space reasons. However, although the installation and opening of the files went well and everything seems tidy, when I open Autodyn or the other software, mainly, I receive an error:<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/innovationspace.ansys.com\/forum\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2024\/08\/20-08-2024-1724147353-mceclip0.png\"><\/p>\n<p>Authorisation Failed &#8211; See the version.log file or check the Licensing log files using the ANSLIC_ADMIN utility.<\/p>\n<p>Plus when I click on the question mark button it says this :<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/innovationspace.ansys.com\/forum\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2024\/08\/20-08-2024-1724147459-mceclip1.png\"><\/p>\n<p>Can you help me resolve this issue?&nbsp;<br \/>Thanks.
