I work on a 24\/48 core PC with an AMD EPYC core.<br \/>When I do a calculation without using DMP specifying the number of cores, the solution to the problem on 16 cores is faster than on 20 or 24. And if I set 8 cores, then there is no difference in time at all.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/innovationspace.ansys.com\/forum\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2024\/08\/07-08-2024-1723054589-mceclip0.png\"><br \/>When I enable DMP and specify the cores when starting the calculation, I get an error:<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/innovationspace.ansys.com\/forum\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2024\/08\/07-08-2024-1723054618-mceclip1.png\"><\/p>\n<p>Why?
