The Blocks are specified for &#8220;Joule Heating&#8221;<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/innovationspace.ansys.com\/forum\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2024\/07\/24-07-2024-1721806265-mceclip1.png\"><\/p>\n<p>I&#8217;ve added a thermal modifier&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hljs-built_in\">if<\/span>(Temp &lt;= <span class=\"hljs-number\">22<\/span>, <span class=\"hljs-number\">1<\/span>, <span class=\"hljs-number\">1<\/span>\/(<span class=\"hljs-number\">1<\/span> + <span class=\"hljs-number\">0.0039<\/span> * (Temp &#8211; <span class=\"hljs-number\">22<\/span>))) and then tried to validate the material. It showed no errors.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/innovationspace.ansys.com\/forum\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2024\/07\/24-07-2024-1721806352-mceclip2.png\"><\/p>\n<p>Overall setup validation is not showing any warning, just 2 warnings which are the source rectangles are&nbsp; touching the Block(Im assuming that is okay).<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/innovationspace.ansys.com\/forum\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2024\/07\/24-07-2024-1721806428-mceclip3.png\"><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>After I start analyzing below is the error in the message window..&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/innovationspace.ansys.com\/forum\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2024\/07\/24-07-2024-1721806478-mceclip4.png\"><\/p>\n<p>Failed to generate solver input file 2 (01:04:03 PM &nbsp;Jul 24, 2024)<\/p>\n<p>Please check Bulk Conductivity or Thermal modifier of Joule Heating material ( Cu-Pure ). (01:04:03 PM &nbsp;Jul 24, 2024)<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>How do I solve this..&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>I tried changing the Bulk modulus also still no effect.. Is something wrong with my Thermal Modifier Equation. I tried changing materials also.
