For this I used the custom system &#8220;AM LPBF Thermal-Structural&#8221; in Workbench. I have loaded the LPBF Add-on, however when I want to start the Setup Wizard, it does not want to open. There is no error message occuring it just simply won&#8217;t start (For comparison I also tried the DED Wizard, which also won&#8217;t open). Also in general Ansys Mechanical seems to work fine, I did a static structural analysis that worked. I tried different ways on trouble shooting the problem and already reinstalled the whole software, to make sure everything is installed properly. It still does not work. I am also not sure if this has something to do with my license (research license from my university) or if it&#8217;s just a setting I&#8217;m missing in the background?
