The problem i keep getting is that i can&#8217;t seem to edit the encrypted model in any way. I have tried to import the HFSS Design from the vendor into my HFSS 3D Layout Design which grants me the error of &#8220;Design cannot be copied. It contains one or more encrypted components&#8221;. Then i tried to convert the PCB design into an Layout component with a beta option. Then i imported the Layout component into the encrypted HFSS Design. This worked but when i tried to do the simulation i get an error again &#8220;A design with Layout Components does not support 3D component with hidden content&#8221;. I guess this doesn&#8217;t work because encrypted components usually have hidden content.<\/p>\n<p>So my question now. Am i missing something here or is it just not possible to make an 3D Simulation that includes encrypted and non encrypted models?<\/p>\n<p>Let me know if you need additional information.
