The top layer will be 6 sphere of Au as a structure group of hexagon , next layer will be TiO2 as semiconductor (but in material library, there is only TiO2 as insulator) then the last layer will be other rectangle Au.<\/p>\n<p>First, how to make TiO2 semiconductor in charge because there is only one option of it is insulator.<\/p>\n<p>And I already set up and make structure group is one of the elctrode, another Au layer is ground.
