


{"id":366083,"date":"2024-05-08T12:53:29","date_gmt":"2024-05-08T12:53:29","guid":{"rendered":"\/forum\/forums\/topic\/sun-vector-position-and-ambient-temperature-in-the-domain\/"},"modified":"2024-05-08T15:21:04","modified_gmt":"2024-05-08T15:21:04","slug":"sun-vector-position-and-ambient-temperature-in-the-domain","status":"closed","type":"topic","link":"https:\/\/innovationspace.ansys.com\/forum\/forums\/topic\/sun-vector-position-and-ambient-temperature-in-the-domain\/","title":{"rendered":"sun vector position and ambient temperature in the domain"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Hi,<\/p>\n<p>I am beginner in Ansys s at the moment struggling with things that can reults easy for other but I have two issues:<\/p>\n<p>1- After running a 24 timesteps (1 day) solar load calculation (only activated solar ray tracing\/fear weather condition) of a stand-alone buiding in ansys (image &#8220;1&#8221;),<\/p>\n<p><a class=\"wp-colorbox-image cboxElement\" href=\"\/forum\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2024\/05\/08-05-2024-1715177143-1.PNG\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/forum\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2024\/05\/08-05-2024-1715177143-1.PNG\" alt=\"\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;I want to get for each time step of my simulation (i.e. for the facade south of the builfing) (unique value in each timestep) : the sun vector postion, ambient temperature (or ambeint temperature inside my domain), and the contribution of beam, diffuse and ground reflected radiation in &#8220;Solar heat flux&#8221; (imafe &#8220;3&#8221;) as outputs of my simulation to understand how solar ray tracing works.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a class=\"wp-colorbox-image cboxElement\" href=\"\/forum\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2024\/05\/08-05-2024-1715177167-3.PNG\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/forum\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2024\/05\/08-05-2024-1715177167-3.PNG\" alt=\"\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p>How can I do it?
