corresponds to the max value of the any of the focusing spot out of the existing multiple spots but if we are interested to find the intensity of each focusing spot then what to do .Like the upper spot having peak intensity little bit different thaen that of lower spot how we could evaluate the spots intensity individually?<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\"
