The two end sections (orange and green) are the electrodes (potential difference will be applied axially through the reactor body) &#8211; I med the bodies with Extrude, but the electrodes are overlapping with the reactor inlet and outlet. That is giving me problem with setting up conditions in Fluent, and I was hoping to cut the overlapping portion so that the electrodes are just &#8220;wrapped&#8221; aroudn the cylindrical surface area of the reactor, but not inside it. I hope that makes sense.
