I have an entitlement through my university. I was able to activate the entitlement and download the license file. But now I am unable to actually download the products. All instructions I can find are pointing me to the download center in the customer portal. However, when trying to access, I am being denied with the message from screen shot below. Urgently looking for help downloading and installing the software, as my entitlement expires on May 2nd (!).
