I meshed a geometry and it worked fine:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/forum\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2024\/04\/26-04-2024-1714137224-mceclip1.png\"><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;showing how the mesh should be (quad elements).<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>When I changed the geometry by increasing the arc of the curved part and redid exactly what I did for the successful mesh, I got this:&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/forum\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2024\/04\/26-04-2024-1714137197-mceclip0.png\"><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;the mesh is all unstructured.<\/p>\n<p>I&#8217;ve used Virtual Topology to separate the faces, and it worked for all except for this curved face.
