I use a Intel i5 core and use a Nvidia GEFORCE GTX graphics card.<\/p>\n<p>I&#8217;m currently on 2024R1 version.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>I have tried everything from another thread, some of which includes;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>reinstalling Ansys Workbench (both 2023 and 2024 version)<\/li>\n<li>changing the name of the appdata folder to &#8220;_old&#8221;&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>In the the Design Modeler &lt; tools &lt; options &lt; Mechanical &lt; Analysis Settings and Solutions &lt; Analysis Data Management &lt; Scratch Solver Files Directory &lt; specifying a folder for scratch<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>I am able to open projects and import files into &#8216;static structural&#8217;, but then I&#8217;m shut off from doing anything else.<\/p>\n<p>This message pops up every time I try to generate an imported file into the design modeler (from static structural).
