It either occurs on the outer faces or the inlet\/outlet faces. I have edge sizing (number of divisions) for the outer face longitudonaly and the outlet\/inlet faces radially.&nbsp;<br \/>When I change different edge sizings to soft, the issue either moves to the inlet\/outlet faces or to the outer longitudonal face of the cone. I have also tried to change the number of divisions for each face, which didn&#8217;t work. Is there a way I can get around this?&nbsp;<br \/><a class=\"wp-colorbox-image cboxElement\" href=\"\/forum\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2024\/04\/06-04-2024-1712412413-mceclip2.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/forum\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2024\/04\/06-04-2024-1712412413-mceclip2.png\"><\/a><br \/><a class=\"wp-colorbox-image cboxElement\" href=\"\/forum\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2024\/04\/06-04-2024-1712412486-mceclip3.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/forum\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2024\/04\/06-04-2024-1712412486-mceclip3.png\" width=\"365\" height=\"141\"><\/a><a class=\"wp-colorbox-image cboxElement\" href=\"\/forum\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2024\/04\/06-04-2024-1712412733-mceclip4.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/forum\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2024\/04\/06-04-2024-1712412733-mceclip4.png\" width=\"251\" height=\"139\"><\/a><br \/>Another issue I&#8217;m having is that the inflation layer doesn&#8217;t work. When I tried meshing an inflation layer on the first cylinder I get the following errors.<br \/><a class=\"wp-colorbox-image cboxElement\" href=\"\/forum\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2024\/04\/06-04-2024-1712412120-mceclip0.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/forum\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2024\/04\/06-04-2024-1712412120-mceclip0.png\"><\/a>I have seen other people use an inflation layer without problems.
