At the rear of the structure both surfaces meet to form a solid body.<\/p>\n<p>When trying to merge nodes to allow the two meshes to be simulated as one, I have performed a mesh edit within static structural, but as I am using a structure that was defined through acp, when performing a node merge I can only select geometry from the original acp mesh (the shell structure).
