I get the following error:<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/forum\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2024\/04\/05-04-2024-1712304392-mceclip0.png\"><\/p>\n<p>The material used in this simulation is structural steel (ansys default configuration), therefore, there shouldn&acute;t be any material related issues.<br \/>The model is properly constrained since there is a fixed support applied to two different faces (see figure below). Also, there shouldn&acute;t be any contact related issues because the geometry is made of a single solid, so there are no need for contacts.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/forum\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2024\/04\/05-04-2024-1712304603-mceclip1.png\" width=\"747\" height=\"233\"><\/p>\n<p>If the &#8220;Solver pivot checking&#8221; is turned off, the simulation converges, but the deformation obtained are not correct.<\/p>\n<p>Maybe, there is another kind of geometry related issue since the beam internal geometry is quite complex (see figure below).<br \/><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/forum\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2024\/04\/05-04-2024-1712305546-mceclip3.png\" width=\"833\" height=\"575\"><\/p>\n<p>I would be very grateful if you could help me to solve this problem.
