Please clear the error and try again.&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div>Error code: 54b41b7ca3f249028ba09cd2b4514538<\/div>\n<div>We didn&#8217;t have any issues with generating the <span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">first license file on a server.&nbsp;<\/span><\/div>\n<div>&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div>The other option we tried is using the floating license configuation page on the Ansys Optics Launcher &#8220;License&#8221; tab to access the <span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">first license on the server, <\/span>following these instructions here: <a class=\"c-link\" href=\"https:\/\/optics.ansys.com\/hc\/en-us\/articles\/360026079294-Lumerical-license-configuration-with-the-Ansys-Optics-Launcher\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" data-stringify-link=\"https:\/\/optics.ansys.com\/hc\/en-us\/articles\/360026079294-Lumerical-license-configuration-with-the-Ansys-Optics-Launcher\" data-sk=\"tooltip_parent\" aria-describedby=\"sk-tooltip-880\">https:\/\/optics.ansys.com\/hc\/en-us\/articles\/360026079294-Lumerical-license-configuration-with-the-Ansys-Optics-Launcher<\/a> But it kept saying server unreachable.&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div>&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div>How exactly should we go about with activating the license on multiple machines? We were told that we can activate lumerical on as many computers as we want, the limit is just that there can be only 5 users concurrently.
