However, I was redirected to the Ansys Customer Support Space Registration Form. I&#8217;ve been informed that they could potentially assist me in resolving the UDF error I&#8217;m facing, but they require an Account Number (Customer Number) for registration.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>I&#8217;ve been redirected to use this forum by an employee from my organisation and been told that an engineer will respond within 48 hours.
