There is significant difference in results which i am getting, Following is the data&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/us.v-cdn.net\/6032193\/uploads\/attachments\/37c35be4-48eb-438f-9d0a-a99b015a4448\/6f5e963f-96e5-4e75-83d1-aa6b00afb72f_stress-data.jpg?width=690&amp;upscale=false\" alt=\"\"><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>The interference pressure is calculated using the following equation<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/us.v-cdn.net\/6032193\/uploads\/attachments\/37c35be4-48eb-438f-9d0a-a99b015a4448\/f17af2e1-c4c4-4b6b-a1c6-aa6b00afe9ab_equation.jpg?width=690&amp;upscale=false\" alt=\"\"><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>which for an interference of 0.085 mm comes out to be 308.11 MPa.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>I have simulated the exact same scenario on anys using a 2D axisymmetric model. Can somebody explain me this 100 MPa difference.
