When I hover over the icon on the taskbar, it seems that it does not fully open. I will click on the application on the taskbar and the application will flicker but not fully open.<\/p>\n<p>I have unistalled and reinstalled 2023R2 and it did not fix the issue. Workbench 2023R1 opens fine.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/forum\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2024\/03\/19-03-2024-1710810366-mceclip0.png\"><\/p>\n<p>Does anyone know how to fix this issue?
