Let&#8217;s start from the begining&#8230; I have .stl files of parts for a winged UAV, in order to perform the simulation the mesh is needed to be reduced which is why I am using Meshmixer and Fusion 360 to export the model as a body in .IGES file type. The following steps gave me error: &#8220;One or more entities failed to mesh. The mesh of the bodies containing these entities may not be up-to-date. However, meshing might be successful on the other entities.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Step 1: Importing the.stl and setting the reduce mesh<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/forum\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2024\/03\/15-03-2024-1710506849-mceclip0.png\" width=\"845\" height=\"591\"><\/p>\n<p>STEP 2: Import the reduced mesh to Fusion 360 and Convert mesh to body (Parametric &#8211; Faceted option)<\/p>\n<p>STEP 3: Export the model to .iges<\/p>\n<p>STEP 4: Import the model in Ansys Discovery and connect the Geometry block to the Explycit Dynamics block<\/p>\n<p>STEP 5: Create Mesh<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/forum\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2024\/03\/15-03-2024-1710507173-mceclip1.png\" width=\"990\" height=\"431\"><\/p>\n<p>My question would be, what could I do to actually mesh the specified part model.
