Temperature of water in outlet is resultant. Water velocity in the tube is 0.2 m\/s.&nbsp;<br \/>From the top layer of concrte there is convection adn radiation. Other three layser of concrete is perfecty insulated.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>THE PROBLEM<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>I can not force to &#8220;move&#8221; the water along the tube.
