Lately, I have downloaded\/ installed Granta EduPack on my computer (Window 10) per instruction given by the University with proper license information while connected to university vpn.<br \/>After installation, I was able to navigate to all levels of material so I thought everything was fine.<br \/>However, I ran into an issue when I click any material from any level to get mechanical properties.<br \/>A error message pop-up saying that an unrecoverable error has occurred would you like to save a diagnostic file.<br \/>I have restarted my computer and reinstalled the program several times but no luck so far.<br \/>Can anyone help me out to resolve this issue?
