I have a backside illuminated detector and I designed my metalens so that it can focus the incident light inside the active area (see the attached image). The light is then reflected back by the metallic plate. The metalens&#8217;s far field is consistent in both lumerical and zemax. However what I am trying to do is to retrieve is the irradiance at the dashed line (see attached image) considering both direct and reflected radiation. However, when I try to set the propagation using POP, I can only set initial and final plane. In this way I cannot &#8220;let the radiation propagates&#8221; and reflect on the mirror. I can only simulate the direct radiation.
