Why is this the case, and what is the significance of this file?<\/p>\n<p>Second, I noticed that the &#8220;unit_cell_fdtd.fsp&#8221; file has optimization\/sweep variables called &#8220;height&#8221; and &#8220;radius&#8221;. When I try to edit these sweep variables and try to run &#8220;unit_cell_fdtd.lsf&#8221;, the sweep variables will reset to what they were before. Where can I edit this so that I can change the height and radii of the sweep?<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Lastly, where does the index of refraction for the pillars come from? I have a set index of refraction I would like to use for my material, but it looks like the code references a Matlab data file for the index of refraction of the material.
