(Fig 1.)<\/div>\n<div>&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/forum\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2024\/02\/05-02-2024-1707121298-mceclip2.png\" width=\"1198\" height=\"674\"><\/div>\n<div>And I imported each material&#8217;s n, k value and fit the parameters. (Fig 2.)<\/div>\n<div>&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div>&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div>&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div>The FDTD results showed a similar trend with experimental results in reflectance (~ 5%) and transmittance (~ 90%).<\/div>\n<div>&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/forum\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2024\/02\/05-02-2024-1707121339-mceclip3.png\" width=\"1145\" height=\"644\"><\/div>\n<div>However, the FDTD results have severe oscillations as you can see in Fig 3, whereas the experimental results show a flat graph of reflectance and transmittance.<\/div>\n<div>&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/forum\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2024\/02\/05-02-2024-1707121400-mceclip4.png\" width=\"1074\" height=\"604\"><\/div>\n<div>&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div>These oscillations also occurred in the CHARGE same as the FDTD results.
