All the items are correct, it even runs on my friends&#8217; systems, but on my system, the solver gives an error. The error is:<br \/>&#8220;An error occurred while starting the solver module. Please refer to the Troubleshooting section in the ANSYS Mechanical User Guide for more information.&#8221;<br \/>I even changed my Windows from 11 to 10, but it gave the same error again. I even upgraded my Ansys version from 20 to 21, but still the same error. I&#8217;m really confused and I don&#8217;t know where the problem comes from. I checked<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/forum\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2024\/01\/06-01-2024-1704517951-Screenshot 2024-01-06 084159d.jpg\" alt=\"\">&nbsp;lots of web sites but no response and solution.<br \/>Please help me anything you know about hardware or software problems.
