I created surface model using NX, imported it to spaceclaim and there i cleaned it and cut it. The issue is that when i try to import it from spaceclaim to mechanical there is a bunch of extra vertices on my edges which leads to poor mesh quality. I created beams using edges of split surface so i feel like it should be matching but if i try share or merge then i get those weird small edges. Any ideas how to fix that?&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>I&#8217;ve tried split edges but it doesnt detect any issues since my geometry is fine and the issue happens after merge.
