When the black line is moving down, cells on the moving boundary are stretched and not correctly remeshing occurs.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/us.v-cdn.net\/6032193\/uploads\/attachments\/d652d665-7f9c-42a4-8f4c-a96d00d34316\/52e39f07-23d5-4285-b37e-a9f200ede9e5_endposition.jpg?width=690&amp;upscale=false\" alt=\"\"><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Is it recommanded to use the &#8220;Sizing Function&#8221; in Remeshing Option of Fluent? I have read the theory about this in the Theory Guide of ANSYS Fluent. If this feature is enabled, if affects all the domain, am I right?<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Another solution would be to use the text command &#8220;sizing-functions\/&#8221; in the Meshing Mode. Thus, it is possible to choose just one face or edge and affect the sizing functions based on this boundary. Is this solution better for this problem?
