


{"id":32754,"date":"2019-01-21T02:36:45","date_gmt":"2019-01-21T02:36:45","guid":{"rendered":"\/forum\/forums\/topic\/number-of-inflation-layers\/"},"modified":"2019-01-21T02:36:45","modified_gmt":"2019-01-21T02:36:45","slug":"number-of-inflation-layers","status":"closed","type":"topic","link":"https:\/\/innovationspace.ansys.com\/forum\/forums\/topic\/number-of-inflation-layers\/","title":{"rendered":"Number of Inflation Layers?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>How do you determine the number of inflation layers and overall height needed for accuracy?<\/strong><\/span> When I use the &#8220;automatic&#8221; inflation layer setting, the total height is HUGE (occluding at least 50% of the lumen circumferentially&#8230;which seems very incorrect).<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><em>For my application<\/em>: I am assessing the hemodynamic effects of virtually implanting a ventricular assist device within a human heart.
