As is shown in the figure above, <\/span><span style=\"font-family: Calibri\">I set the volume fraction of Phase B (a secondary <\/span><span style=\"font-family: Calibri\">phase<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Calibri\">) at the velocity inlet boundary (the bottom of the calculation domain) as 0.5. Meanwhile, I marked the cylinder zone displayed in blue and patched the volume fraction of Phase B in this zone as 0.59. But as I did this, the warning message saying <\/span><span style=\"font-family: Calibri\">&ldquo;<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Calibri\">The sum of phase volume fractions exceeds 1 in some faces(s)&#8230;&#8230;<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Calibri\">&rdquo;<\/span>&nbsp;<span style=\"font-family: Calibri\">appears. I think it is because the marked zone covers the inlet boundary and it is the sum of the volume fraction of Phase <\/span><span style=\"font-family: Calibri\">B<\/span>&nbsp;<span style=\"font-family: Calibri\">at the inlet boundary exceeds 1 in the initialization<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Calibri\">.
