I optimized mesh and cannot go below to 1 million elements due to result accuracy.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div id=\"paraDiv\">\n<p id=\"paragraphData\" class=\"paragraphText\" style=\"font-size: 12px;display: inline\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><strong>*** ERROR *** CP =&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 671.688&nbsp;&nbsp; TIME= 23:25:31<\/strong><\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><strong>&nbsp;An input\/output error has occurred on the process with MPI Rank ID = 0.<\/strong><\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><strong>&nbsp;This error occurs when trying to open a file with length = 110 GB.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <\/strong><\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><strong>&nbsp;Please check to make sure there is enough free disk space in the <\/strong><\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><strong>working directory.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraphText\" style=\"font-size: 12px;display: inline\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraphText\" style=\"font-size: 12px;display: inline\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraphText\" style=\"font-size: 12px;display: inline\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraphText\" style=\"font-size: 12px;display: inline\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">My Machine Configuration as below:<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraphText\" style=\"font-size: 12px;display: inline\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraphText\" style=\"font-size: 12px;display: inline\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraphText\" style=\"font-size: 12px;display: inline\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">RAM 128 GB + 4 cores (I have also tried with and without &#8220;distributed&#8221; option also).<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraphText\" style=\"font-size: 12px;display: inline\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraphText\" style=\"font-size: 12px;display: inline\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Available virtual memory &#8211; 130 GB<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraphText\" style=\"font-size: 12px;display: inline\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Paging file &#8211; 19GB.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraphText\" style=\"font-size: 12px;display: inline\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Work Space memory &#8211; 1 GB<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraphText\" style=\"font-size: 12px;display: inline\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Data Space memory &#8211; 2GB<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraphText\" style=\"font-size: 12px;display: inline\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraphText\" style=\"font-size: 12px;display: inline\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Solver handler &#8211; My Computer with 4 cores ( i did not select for My Computer background as i have only one ANSYS Licence)<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraphText\" style=\"font-size: 12px;display: inline\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraphText\" style=\"font-size: 12px;display: inline\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">I have tried with direct \/ Iteration solver method having 100 sub steps. But No sucess. Is Iteration solver will consume less memory size ?. please advise.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraphText\" style=\"font-size: 12px;display: inline\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraphText\" style=\"font-size: 12px;display: inline\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraphText\" style=\"font-size: 12px;display: inline\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Please give light on how to fix this error.
