However, it shows this interface when I launch Workbench. &nbsp;<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/forum\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2023\/10\/30-10-2023-1698640249-mceclip0.png\"><\/p>\n<p>It shows &#8220;Connection timed out while reading data&#8221;. There are no modules within the Toolbox, even after adding the Fluent module from the Toolbox Customization.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/forum\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2023\/10\/30-10-2023-1698640390-mceclip1.png\"><\/p>\n<p>Here is a few more information if it helps to further understand the problem:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>I previously installed ANSYS Student on my laptop back in 2022, it is working fine, with no license server connection issue.
