The base of my structure causes an error as seen in figure 1 which is a Newton-Raphson force residual plot. However, if I apply a deflection limitation in the Z axis as seen in figure 2, the model runs which can be seen in figure 3. It should be noted that there are 24 straps leading to the structure which have been simply supported at their edges as seen in figure 4. I have checked my connections a multitude of times and I do not see any problems there.
