Green &#8211; water, Brown &#8211; plastic, Grey &#8211; PCM<\/p>\n<p>These are the conditions:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>water flow at 2mm\/min at 5 degreeC<\/li>\n<li>PCM initial temp at 9 degreeC<\/li>\n<li>PCM liquidus and solidus temp are 7 and 8 degreeC respectively<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>My named selections are:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>face: inlet, outlet, water outer wall, pcm wall, plastic wall<\/li>\n<li>interior: water, plastic, pcm<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Material: <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/forum\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2023\/10\/24-10-2023-1698142599-mceclip1.png\" width=\"671\" height=\"537\"><\/p>\n<p>Boundary Conditions:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>inlet with velocity and temp<\/li>\n<li>outlet: outflow<\/li>\n<li>wall: water wall temp of 5 degreeC<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Initialisation &#8211; 9 degreeC compute from PCM wall<\/p>\n<p>After running, the liq fraction of the PCM wall is always at 1 and the temp is always at 9 degreeC<\/p>\n<p>And when i try to set the pcm wall, plastic wall to coupled, the temp and liq fract graphs goes brrrr with floating point exception error<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/forum\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2023\/10\/24-10-2023-1698142839-mceclip2.png\" width=\"896\" height=\"389\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/forum\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2023\/10\/24-10-2023-1698142859-mceclip3.png\" width=\"904\" height=\"441\"><\/p>\n<p>I know I&#8217;m doing something (alot) wrong but I&#8217;m not sure what.
