I orginally thought to create an stl file of the whole brain. However, I could not figure out how to determine the different features of the brain within SpaceClaim so I can assign named selections or material properties. My next thought process was to create stl files of different segmentations of the morphological features needed for my analysis. I ran into issues on determining how to align those different components together within SpaceClaim. Any ideas on how to achieve this?&nbsp; I do not have access to any Simpleware products. I am using the open source 3D-Slicer software for generating the segmentations and stl files.
