However, every time I finish the wizard, HFSS collapses and stops working. I think this could be some type of bug since when I do the same for a rectangular surface, the software works fine. Do I need to do any previous step for a circular surface?&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>In addition, this problem does not happen in previous version (2020R2).
