It shows 300 k throughout the domain.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>when i run simulation for 1 time step (or even more), i check the contours. It shows 300 K where biomass is patched and the rest of the domain shows 373 K. Attached pics.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Then I tried with the energy equation turned off in the beginning, and later&nbsp;I turned&nbsp;on the energy equation. The instant I turn ON the energy equation, the warning comes..<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Temperature limited to 1.000000e+00 in 15337 cells on zone 2 in domain 3<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>and the area weighted average of biomass-temperature drops to less than 50 K from 300 K.&nbsp;<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/us.v-cdn.net\/6032193\/uploads\/attachments\/9021e3e9-4676-4762-afcb-a84800f89dfe\/1b119aef-b5a2-4428-bc35-a975011c6cbf_img-20181010-190137-resized-20181010-071213906.jpg?width=690&amp;upscale=false\" alt=\"area weighted average of biomass static temperature\"><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Can someone please address this issue. the temperature should be 300K throughout the domain.
