The material is hyperelastic and the experimental data that I have are the tension and compression test (points of Figure 2). I have settled the material model considering Mooney-Rivlin 9 parameters and the results of the calibration are shown in Figure 2 (it seems that the curve fit follow well the experimental data). <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: center\" align=\"center\"><span><!-- [if gte vml 1]&gt;--><\/p>\n<p><!-- [if !vml]--><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/forum\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2023\/09\/22-09-2023-1695377700-Fig1.png\" width=\"370\" height=\"221\"><!--[endif]--><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoCaption\" style=\"text-align: center\" align=\"center\"><span style=\"color: windowtext\">Figure 1 &ndash; Fe model<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span><!-- [if gte vml 1]&gt;--><\/p>\n<p><!-- [if !vml]--><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/forum\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2023\/09\/22-09-2023-1695377717-Fig2.png\" width=\"642\" height=\"215\"><!--[endif]--><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoCaption\" style=\"text-align: center\" align=\"center\"><span style=\"color: windowtext\">Figure 2 &ndash; Material model<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span lang=\"EN-GB\">The model is composed by solid element (Solid185). The specimen has been fixed at one section and a force of 100 N has been applied in the other section (figure 3). <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: center\" align=\"center\"><span><!-- [if gte vml 1]&gt;--><\/p>\n<p><!-- [if !vml]--><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/forum\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2023\/09\/22-09-2023-1695377727-Fig3.png\" width=\"345\" height=\"236\"><!--[endif]--><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoCaption\" style=\"text-align: center\" align=\"center\"><span lang=\"EN-GB\" style=\"color: windowtext\">Figure 3 &ndash; Load and constraint<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: center\" align=\"center\"><span lang=\"EN-GB\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span lang=\"EN-GB\">The problem is that the solution does not converge (Force criteria is not satisfied . Figure 4) and the errors are reported in figure 5.
